What each number counts
Consents: a lead agreed to texts (chat, form, open house or YES reply), or an agent says they did.
For example: Agreed to texts through your website chat.
Opt-outs: a lead replied STOP, asked to stop in other words, or unsubscribed from email. A STOP to one agent counts for every agent with that person.
For example: Replied STOP. Texting stopped.
Not sent: a text or email Liberty would not send, and first emails held for missing licence details. Each lead’s own record says why.
For example: A plan text was not sent: it was too late or too early on their clock.
Not sent also counts texts stopped while a texting line waits for approval, which is no agent’s mistake.
Entries start when this record began; older consents and opt-outs are on each lead’s own record.
