How it works

Live today. Yours from day one.

You never touch code. You never talk to a developer.

01

Go live

Start 30 days free

Pick a plan, answer a few questions about your market and how you talk to clients. Card at signup, nothing charged for 30 days, and no setup fee on any plan. Your assistant is built from your answers and goes live about ten minutes later.

02

Try it

Watch it work

For a full 30 days it greets your website visitors, answers buying and selling questions, qualifies the serious ones, and sends every lead to your inbox and dashboard. Cancel anytime before your 30 days end and you pay nothing.

03

Make it yours

Make it yours

Everything stays in your hands, from Settings, and none of it needs me.

What you can change
What your assistant knows about you and your market, its greeting and tone, a library of your own answers to the questions you get asked, and your listings imported by URL or MLS CSV. Change any of it yourself in a minute. One line of code on your site, or a share link and QR code if you don't have one. If you would rather do it together, ask me and we will.
The first sixty seconds

While they are still on your site

Every plan includes all of it. The only thing that changes between plans is how many seats you need and how big the shared lead pool is.

Hi, I’m Xavier’s assistant. Buying or selling in North County?

Buying. Hoping for something near the coast in Oceanside.

Good timing. Xavier has three coastal Oceanside homes on right now, one of them a block off the Strand. What range should I pull from?

Around $700k.

Two of the three land under that. Are you working toward a particular date?

Next 60 days.

Got it. Last thing, so Xavier knows what to send: are you already pre-approved, or would an intro to a lender help?

Pre-approved.

Finds out who’s serious

It politely asks visitors about their budget, timeline, and financing, so you only spend time on people who are ready to move.

Can I book a showing this weekend?

Absolutely. Xavier has Saturday 2:00 PM or Sunday 11:00 AM open. Which works?

Saturday works.

You’re booked for Saturday at 2:00 PM. Your agent has it on their dashboard and will confirm with you directly.

Speak

Speaks your client’s language

English, Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and 100+ more. It notices what language someone writes in and answers the same way. No setup needed.

It catches the ones about to leave

A visitor who has been talking but has not left a name gets one gentle card before they go.

More
It is triggered when they go quiet for a minute or switch away from the tab, it shows once per chat, and it never nags. That is the difference between a lead and a line in your analytics.

And when you want it, you take over

Any live chat can be taken over from your dashboard mid-conversation.

More
The assistant steps back, the visitor keeps talking in the same window, and the whole thread stays on one record. You do not have to trust it with a conversation you would rather handle yourself.
Not just the chat box

On every channel they use

A lead who starts on your site rarely stays there. The assistant follows them, on rules you set.

A missed call gets a text back

Forward your line and a call you do not catch is answered by text within seconds, before they dial the next sign.

More
The caller is filed as a lead and you get a push notification with the record already open.

Their reply lands on the same record

When they text back, it threads into the same lead as their website chat.

More
One person, one history, whatever door they came through. Email replies thread there too, so you are never reading half a conversation.

Autopilot answers, on your rules

Off until you turn it on.

More
Set it to cover after-hours only or all the time, set your working hours by weekday, and set how long a lead may wait before you are nudged and before the assistant answers instead. It uses the same brain as your website chat.

It stands down when you are working

If your dashboard has been active in the last few minutes, autopilot stays quiet, because you are clearly on it.

More
It also backs off for twelve hours after any human reply on that lead, so it never talks over you mid-conversation, and it only ever answers an inbound message, so it cannot talk to itself.

Who gets a text, and who does not

Automated marketing texts go only to people who opted in during the conversation. STOP works at any time.

More
Replies work differently: if someone texts your number first, or calls and does not get through, the assistant can answer them the same way you would.

One thing to know about timing

Chat and email work on day one. The texting half turns on once your dedicated number clears carrier registration, which takes a couple of weeks and is not something I control.

More
Nothing sends by text until it is approved, and I would rather you hear that now than after you sign up.

First to know, first to call

Alert

Texts you the second someone is interested

The moment a visitor leaves their number, your phone buzzes. You can be the first agent to call back, every time.

Thanks, Marcus. I’ll send a few listings that fit and follow up.

Every lead gets the sequence

Follow up

Follows up so you don’t have to

Every lead automatically gets a follow-up sequence: 3 emails over 7 days, with the first one sent within 5 minutes of the conversation ending. Included on every plan.

The follow-up sequence stops the instant they reply or book. Nobody gets email three after they have already answered email one.

Past the first reply

Then it stops being a chatbot

A lead arriving is the easy half. This is the six months after it, and it is included in the same price.

A pipeline you can actually work

Every lead on a board you drag through your stages, or as a list you filter and sort.

More
Move someone to a new stage and your next task is written for you, so nothing depends on you remembering it at eleven at night.

It tells you who is actually warm

Each lead carries a 0 to 100 enthusiasm score with a one-line reason.

More
It is read from what they actually said rather than from how recently they clicked, so you get told why someone is hot, not just that a chip turned red.

Draft the reply, then decide

Ask for a reply and it reads that lead first, then hands you the message. Nothing sends on its own. You edit it or bin it, and it goes out only when you press send.

Email, text, or a recorded video

All three from the lead page, without switching tabs.

More
The video is recorded in the browser and sent as a link, which is the thing agents keep telling me gets answered when a plain email does not.

Call without giving out your cell

Click to call and it rings your phone first, then bridges you to the lead showing your business number as the caller ID. Your personal number stays yours, and the call is logged to the lead timeline either way.

The quiet ones come back up on their own

It reads the database you already have and surfaces the past contacts worth another try, with a draft for each. You approve what goes out. It does not text your old book on its own, which is a promise I would want in writing if I were you.

Report

Shows you what is working

A simple report every Monday: how many people chatted, how many became leads, how many booked, and how each of those compares with the week before.

Insights, past the three counters

The dashboard carries what the email does not: what people actually asked about, when they turn up through the week, where they fall out, and which source produced them. Export any of it as a PDF for a listing presentation or a brokerage meeting.

Your lead count, live

A running count of unique leads against your plan, from your first day, with every lead it counted openable so you can check the number against the names. No guessing where you stand.

Everything exports

Leads as a spreadsheet, and every conversation as one row per message, so you or your broker can read exactly what was said. It keeps working after you cancel, which is the point.

Your side of it

And a Copilot that reads your pipeline

Everything above is what your visitors meet. This is the part only you see.

Inside your dashboard there is a second AI, and this one works for you rather than for your visitors. It is a full assistant — ask it anything at all — with one thing no other assistant has: your own pipeline open in front of it.

Ask who has gone quiet and it answers from your real leads, your real tasks, what is really booked. Ask it to write the follow-up and it reads that lead first, then hands you the message. Tell it what to say when someone asks about your commission and it teaches your website assistant, which uses that answer on its very next conversation.

Nothing it writes goes anywhere on its own. Every draft arrives with a confirm button, and until you press it, nothing has been sent, saved or changed.

Try Copilot in the live demo

It opens from the bottom-right of the demo dashboard and reads Marisol’s sample book. The demo runs a smaller, faster model against a fixed snapshot and has no write access, so nothing it drafts can leave the page. Yours runs the full one against your live pipeline.

If you are not one person

When it is more than you

The same product, with the parts that only mean anything once there are several of you.

Every agent gets their own assistant, trained on their own listings and their own voice. The broker gets one roll-up across all of them, and can drill into any single desk from it. Agents never see each other’s leads.

Seats are invited and billed together, a lead moves from one agent to another in a click, and a broker can export any agent’s conversation transcripts, one row per message, which is the thing a supervising broker actually needs when a question comes back six months later.

Every feature shown here is included on every plan.

Plans, listings and texting — the fine print
The plans differ only in how many seats you need and how big the shared lead pool is. Listings work the same on every plan, up to 500 per agent rather than 500 for the whole team, and no plan charges you by how many you load. Text alerts go to you, the agent, when you opt in. Automated marketing texts to your leads are sent only after they opt in during the conversation; if someone texts or calls you first, the assistant can answer them the way you would. See our SMS Terms.
