For agents, and the brokers they answer to
Trust & Compliance
This page gathers, in one place, how Liberty Real Estate AI handles fair housing, texting consent, your data, and your money. Nothing here is new policy. It’s the same commitments made across the rest of the site, collected for easy reference.
Send this page to your broker. It exists to answer their questions.
Fair Housing
The assistant is instructed to stick to objective facts about homes and the market, to refuse steering questions and the proxies for them, including is it safe, are the schools good, is it good for families, and not to ask about or discuss protected classes. It still helps with the lawful searches people actually have, like 55+ communities or a step-free home.
Anything sensitive or legal it declines and offers to connect the person with you. Those instructions reduce the risk. They do not eliminate it, and no vendor of a language model can honestly promise you it never errs. That is why every word is transcripted and exportable, so you and your broker can read exactly what was said.
As the licensed agent, compliance remains yours.
Licence Identification
Your name, your licence number and issuing state, your responsible broker and your business address are entered once under Settings. The service builds an identification block from them and renders it in the chat window and at the foot of every email your assistant sends on your behalf.
If a required field is blank, the system refuses to send a first-contact email rather than send it unidentified, and it tells you which field is missing. A reply inside a conversation the person already started still goes out, because someone who wrote to you first is not receiving solicitation material and dropping a reply to a live human is the worse failure. The assistant is also blocked from stating a licence number it was never given: it has only the line you entered, and anything else in that position is rewritten on the server before it reaches the visitor.
Two limits, plainly. Texts and calls do not carry the block. And the number is not verified against the DRE. I render exactly what you type, so if you mistype it or your brokerage changes, it is on you to fix it in Settings.
Where Answers Come From
Your assistant answers listing questions only from the inventory you give it: your own MLS export, listings you add by URL, or ones you manage in your dashboard. It does not pull listings from the open web. Local market numbers come from published Redfin data, not from the AI’s memory. When a question falls outside what it actually knows, its instructions are to say so and offer to connect the visitor with you, rather than guess.
No AI is zero-error, and we won’t claim otherwise. That’s why every conversation is transcripted in your dashboard, in full and exportable, so you or your broker can audit exactly what was said, any time.
Visitors always know what they’re talking to: the chat is labeled as an AI assistant right in the widget.
MLS Data and Your Rights
There is no MLS or IDX feed in this product, by design. Your assistant only knows the listings you personally load: a CSV you export from your own MLS, a URL you paste, or ones you type into your dashboard. It never scrapes a listing portal.
Two things worth confirming with your broker before you start: your MLS’s rules on exporting your own active listings to a vendor, and whether it requires a data-license or IDX agreement for public-facing display. If your MLS wants paperwork, I will sign whatever they need.
A universal MLS feed is not something I can build around. It is per-MLS licensing that you and your broker hold, not a coding problem, and I would rather say that plainly than imply a feed exists.
Availability
Your assistant runs on Vercel, and its replies are generated by Anthropic. Both publish live status pages: vercel-status.com and status.anthropic.com. If something is down, you can check it yourself rather than take my word for it.
There is no contractual uptime guarantee, and I will not pretend otherwise at this price. What I will tell you is what happens on a bad minute: if the assistant cannot reach the model, the widget stops trying to answer and asks the visitor for a name and number instead, so the lead still reaches you rather than vanishing.
Texting & Consent
Automated marketing texts go only to people who opted in. A visitor gives their mobile number and agrees to the opt-in disclosure in the conversation, and consent is never a condition of any purchase or service. Replies are different: if someone texts your number first, or calls and does not get through, the assistant can answer them without a stored consent record, the same way you would. Recipients can reply STOP at any time.
HELP gets assistance. Message frequency varies, and message-and-data rates may apply from the carrier.
One limit worth knowing before your broker asks. Texts and calls do not carry the licensee identification block the way emails do. If your state or your broker requires identification on a text, it goes in the message text you configure, or texting stays off.
Full mechanics are in our Messaging Terms.
Your Data & Your Leads
On a seat you pay for yourself, your leads are yours. Every lead lands in your own inbox and dashboard as it happens, with full conversation transcripts, and you can export them to a spreadsheet at any time. If you cancel, everything your assistant captured stays with you, and libertyrealestateai.com/export keeps working after your account goes inactive.
On a seat your brokerage pays for, the brokerage is the account holder and owns the file, and the agent has full access to their own leads for as long as they hold the desk. That is what I tell the broker on the brokerage page, and it is the same answer here. I would rather an agent know which one they are signing up for now than find out when they move offices. Export any time, no exit fees and no hostage data, either way.
We do not sell your data. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for their own marketing. Information is shared only as needed to run the service: with the specific agent a visitor contacted, and with the service providers who operate the platform on our behalf.
Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Security & Where Your Data Lives
The platform runs on major cloud infrastructure: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (the database and sign-in), and Stripe (payments). Each of them maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS is enforced across the whole site), your data is encrypted at rest by the database provider, and a CRM API key you connect, such as a Follow Up Boss key, is additionally encrypted in our database with AES-256-GCM. A webhook URL you paste is stored as entered, so treat one containing a secret token the way you would treat any other URL you share.
Payments run through Stripe, so your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Each agent’s data is isolated at the database level, so one agent can never see another’s leads or conversations.
The providers that operate the service on our behalf are Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless site analytics), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (the AI model), Resend (outbound email), SendGrid (receiving email replies your leads send back), and Twilio (text messaging). The complete, current list is in section 9 of our Terms. We do not sell your data or your leads’ data, and it is never used to train AI models. If you cancel, your leads and transcripts stay yours to export, from libertyrealestateai.com/export, which keeps working after your account goes inactive. We remove your data on request.
Questions from your broker or IT team are welcome. LibertyTrades LLC is a California company; reach us at support@libertyrealestateai.com or (858) 330-4320, 773 Ball Ave, Escondido, CA 92026.
Guarantees & Cancellation
There are no contracts and no long-term commitment. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time. There is no setup fee on any plan. It is not waived and it is not deferred, it does not exist. You pay the monthly price and that is the whole bill. Every plan starts with a free first 30 days; you’re not charged if you cancel before it ends, and we email a reminder the day before.
To cancel: Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel. That’s two clicks, with an email confirmation the moment it’s done. Or text or email Xavier and it’s handled the same day. No forms, no retention call either way.
Your first 30 days are free — nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. After that, if your first paid month is not right, email or text me within 30 days of that charge and I will refund it in full. One month, one email, no retention call.
Who's Behind This
Liberty Real Estate AI is built and run by Xavier Liberty, one person, in Escondido, California (North County San Diego). The business operates as LibertyTrades LLC.
There is no call center and no ticket queue. When you have a question, you reach Xavier directly, and he handles setup, changes, and support himself. Reach him at (858) 330-4320 or support@libertyrealestateai.com.
If Something Happens To Me
It is a fair question to ask a one-person company, so here is the plain answer.
Your leads never live only here. The moment a lead lands, an email hits your own inbox with their name, their phone and email, what they are looking for, their timeline, the property they asked about and a link straight to the conversation, and it posts into your CRM if you have connected one. The full transcript, every word of it, is in your dashboard. Leads and transcripts both export to a spreadsheet any time, from Dashboard → Leads → Export or from libertyrealestateai.com/export, which keeps working after your account goes inactive.
So if this site went dark tomorrow, every lead alert is already sitting in your own inbox, and in your CRM if you connected one, in systems I do not control. The transcripts are the part that lives here, which is the argument for pulling an export now and then rather than assuming.
The assistant is one line of code on your website. Removing it is deleting that line. Nothing about your site, your domain, your MLS, or your CRM depends on this company continuing to exist. Billing is month-to-month through Stripe, so there is no annual contract to be trapped in and no prepayment to lose.
And if I ever wind this down, you get ninety days’ written notice by email before anything stops serving, along with a full export of your data. I will not just go quiet on you.
If you want to see whether this is actually being maintained rather than take my word for it, the changelog lists every meaningful change with its date.
